
Return Policy
We accept returns for any reason on apparel, sleepwear and accessories
within 7 days of you receiving your merchandise. Merchandise
must be returned to us in new condition, unworn or washed, with
all of the tags attached in its original packaging accompanied
by the packing slip (please note the reason for the return).
No returns will be accepted for the
following items: formalwear, books, herbal and homeopathic products,
nursing pillows, slings and baby carriers, breastpumps, underwear,
maternity and postpartum support items and sale items.
A 20% restocking fee
will be charged for returns of all maternity and breastfeeding
fashions. No returns on sale fashion items; generally
indicated on each sale item.
Defective apparel, products and lingerie will be replaced with
identical size and style whenever possible. Bra defects must
be returned within 4 weeks of purchase.
We do not refund shipping charges for the initial shipment
of your order, or the return postage. We will pay return postage
if the item ordered is defective, or if the incorrect item is
shipped to you.
For a return, you are responsible for the cost of returning
the merchandise. Refunds are issued in the same tender as the
original purchase. Your return will be processed and your credit
card credited within ten business days. Please allow up to two
billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.
If any item is returned to us in violation of our return policy
we will not credit you for your return, and you will be responsible
for the postage for us to ship the item back to you.
